Our business website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

Our online galleries are hosted on the Smugmug website and digital images purchased are downloaded via it also. Access to these galleries is via a link shared with you by  Rachel Kiley Photography. Smugmug’s privacy notice is available to view on their website.

Should you request, your images may alternatively be delivered by an alternative method (ie USB stick) or personal viewing.

 

 

 We may share your information with UK emergency services in the event of an emergency accident or incident.

 

Minors Online

Rachel Kiley Photography is committed to preserving online privacy for all its website visitors, including children.Rachel Kiley Photography is a general audience site, and we do not knowingly collect information about children or sell products to children. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not knowingly collect any information from or sell products to children under the age of 13. Your personal contact information is securely stored on password protected devices with encryption through Firevault. 

We keep names and contact details until any contract or agreement is satisfactorily fulfilled. We will then dispose of your personal contact information by deleting your data
